Prospect Quarter is a design and build office to residential conversion, creating a gated community of luxury apartments in the centre of the Old Town area, in the heart of Swindon.

Using our extensive experience of interiors construction and working closely with our private client and architects Urbanist Architecture, we set out to create a development of beautiful new homes from an unused office building that are a joy to live in and which showcase just how successful conversions can be when they are done in the right way.

The works included the strip out and demolition of the existing finishes to 3-storey commercial office building, followed by the internal refurbishment to form twenty four luxury 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.

These stylish and comfortable town-centre apartments have been carefully designed with a unique identity that hints at both Art Deco and mid-century modern appearance.

All apartments enjoy plenty of light and have good-sized and carefully laid-out rooms, and feature luxurious and complementary finishes and textures throughout.

The property now boasts contemporary apartments which feature large open plan living spaces with style, security and convenience, with a beautiful secure entrance lobby finished with American Walnut veneer feature wall and panels, with integrated mail and parcel boxes.

Works also included the installation of a lift, all mechanical & electrical works, and externally to provide new windows, refurbished slate roof, bike & refuse storage area, signage and parking areas.
